Hi everyone,

I have one large single room in a 4 bedroom house very suitable to a professional with nice view to Crystal palace park. The rent is 500 pound incl all bills.
The house is very clean and tidy it is private cul de sac with gates and available parking space. We have garage and beautiful garden.
The famous Crystal Palace Park is in 5 min walking distance where there are different sport facilities.
There is excellent transport link from Sydenham to Shoreditch High Street via overground in 25 min, to London Bridge in 15 min and to Victoria in 20 min.
Most of all you will find professional house-mates who are both friendly and sensitive towards privacy of each other.
