The kitchen's equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The living room has a fireplace, large sofa and plenty of books.

It's a 1 minute walk away from a good selection of shops and cafes, 4 banks, post office etc, and a 5 minute walk to two stations:
Sydenham (on the Overground) - 15 minutes to London Bridge, 25 minutes to West End.
Penge East - 15 minutes to Victoria

There's also easy access to the South Circular, A3, M20, M25.

There are several parks nearby, including Crystal Palace and Beckenham Place, both great for a stroll or run.

You'll be sharing with a friendly, easy going professional who works mostly from home. I'm pretty independent and have a busy social life but when i'm around I'm up for a cuppa, meal or film. i like to keep the house clean and tidy but am not OCD about it.
