A spacious modern en-suite double bedroom in a 4-bedroom terraced house will be shared with the owner in her early 40'
The property is over 2 floors, it has a separate kitchen diner with fully integrated appliances ( dishwasher too) as well as a separate living room which I call the telly room. The house is in great condition, it has double-glazed throughout out and a private tranquil back garden.
The room offered is located on the top floor which is the loft, it comes with an en-suite fully tiled shower wet room, a separate sink and a separate wc.
The room has a double bed and wardrobe as well extra storage in the other rooms.
There is plenty of storage in the house and I will be flexible about which other spaces are needed for the person that will be renting.
I am a professional female looking for someone similar to me, who likes to relax in the evening after a stressful day at work but yet enjoys good company with a good glass of wine.
You will need to be a cat lover as there is 1 well-behaved cat in the house, this is a must!!:-)
Non-smokers are highly preferable but I can consider them for the right person however categorically non-smoking indoors!!!
I split my time between London and Brighton therefore twice or more you will be left in the house alone.
I have two 5 years old twin boys that occasionally will be coming here on a Friday night till Sunday as some half terms.
The property is located a short walk from Sydenham High Street where you will find plenty of shops Tesco, Lidl , Sainsbury and many independent shops, good restaurants and reputable gastro pubs called the Dolphin.
I am a very easy-going individual, very respectful to others and looking for someone like me. Hardcore parties are long gone and I would like to find someone who shares the same value.

Transports are brilliant, Penge East goes to Victoria in 12 min and Sydenham station goes to London Bridge in 15 min, as well as the overground train goes south to West and East Croydon (12min) or Highbury and Islington going north.(38 minutes)

This is a room for a single person, not a couple.
Flexible rental is offered, can consider longer time than 12 months for the right person or short term.
