Neutral decor throughout and all modern furnishings and everything you need to live comfortably. Large bathroom!
I'm easy-going and have been here for 8 years, I'm a teacher and I run my own business in the arts. I like the flat to be clean, but am definitely more Chandler than Monica! ;-)
Bills on top of rent are Council Tax, Sky/Broadband, Electricity, Water, Gas. Happy to itemise this for anybody, but generally bills come up cheap in this modern flat.
