My flat mate is moving out soon and I need a buddy to take over his double room. The hole house was refurbished last year so every thing is new, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms.
The top floor flat is 2 mins walk to sydenham station, and 5 mins walk to penge east. Shops are at the bottom of road and bus stop to.
So all in all a very nice flat. It is furnished. There is a bed and wardrobe in the room, but they can go if you want.
I'm very chilled. Like a clean house to come home to and I respect peoples space and positions. And always up for a drink and chat.
