The flat has a brand new kitchen, a good sized living room and a good size bathroom. All appliances in the flat are A rating to keep the bills low and the boiler is also brand new.

It is located towards the bottom of the high street, 5 mins to Lower Sydenham (Z4 - Canon St, Charing X or London Bridge) or 5-10 mins (bus) to Sydenham station. (Z3 - London Victoria, London Bridge, Overground services)

Close to the flat are plenty of parks and open spaces (one with an outdoor gym), a retail centre with a massive sainsburys and a bustling high street with a mixture of chain and independent cafe's and shops.
I currently live with a couple, but am open to living with either a couple or an individual.

I am a 23 year old professional working as a Website Manager at London Bridge. I enjoy cooking, sport, football and films. I'm not one for partying every weekend, I much prefer good food and drink at home. The flat is a place I call home after a hard days work and I like to keep it clean, but i'm by no means OCD about it. It's a living space to enjoy after all.

My ideal housemates would be laid back professionals who enjoy socialising and sharing a beer some weekends, but have their own interests as well.
The main thing is is that you're happy here and maybe you can call it home too.

The bills for the flat amount to roughly £100pm for a single person and slightly more for a couple. This includes council tax, phone, internet, water, gas, electric.

The rent price for a couple is £600pcm.
