Looking for a quiet introverted lodger (read ad)

Double bedroom

We are a couple of introverted artists/designers looking for a clean, responsible and quiet lodger for a small double bedroom (single occupancy) in our bright characterful flat. Although not strictly en-suite, the lodger would have his/her own shower/toilet. You have access to an open kitchen to prepare and consume meals in. If you are into cooking elaborate meals this is not the right fit. The room is furnished with a double bed and a small wardrobe, a chair and a side table. Ideal for people who do not have to bring a lot of personal belongings. The flat is a 12-15 minute walk from Sydenham Station with excellent connection (15 mins ride) to London Bridge and Canada Water Stations. Introverts preferred. This is a quiet, strictly non smoker household. Must be vaccinated. This is suitable for someone who is in full time employment and does not work from home. Basically, we are friendly and easy going, but tend to keep to ourselves and are looking for a lodger who does the same. If you think you might a right fit please get in touch.
