Lovely double room available in 2 bed flat, I own the flat and live there.
I'm looking for an easy going professional. I'm 38, work in theatre and like to relax, cook & have a glass of wine when I'm at home.
It's a nice comfortable 1st floor flat in a block with only 10 flats and a shared garden with off road parking.
The flat is central heating and double glazing.
I have cable, wifi, dishwasher & all the usual mod cons.
I would like someone who is mature enough to look after themselves, tidy and willing to share the household cleaning, no slobs thanks.
Great transport links with Sydenham - 20mins to central London / Penge east - 15mins to Victoria & Penge west stations all in walking distance and the 176 night bus from Central London stops right outside.
Crystal palace park is located at the end of the road.
