We loved living in this beautiful, spacious flat. The ceilings are high and the windows huge so the light is wonderful. There are two large double bedrooms with lovely new carpets and a single bedroom with a stripped wooden floor (beneath which I found the original wired bell system for Lord Derby's servants!). There is also an extra room which has been used as a study in the past but is set up as a huge walk-in wardrobe/dressing room at present. The bathroom and kitchen are nicely presented and then there is the lovely, large living room with long windows and shutters overlooking the woods in Crystal Palace Park and the shared garden to the rear of the property. All these rooms come off a wonderful high-ceilinged, tiled hall that is a room in its own right.

Since the photos were taken all the carpeted rooms have been re-carpeted with underlay and carpet. There are also custom-made blinds on all the windows. It is rented unfurnished.

The flat has been beautifully looked after by our last tenants who took it for a year and stayed five years. It would be very suitable for a couple or small family. The neighbours are lovely with owner-occupiers in two of the three other flats.

There are good bus links and 3 British Rail stations within 10 minutes walk with quick access to Central London.

Non-smokers only please. The rent is £1500 a month plus bills, which include all the utilities and Council tax. The deposit is a month's rent in advance.
