Single Room APRIL + MAY

I am away for a month and needing to sublet my room for the whole months of April & May

It is a share with a lovely couple, James & Kerry (James is a musician and occasionally in the flat during the days and Kerry is a music therapist who works 5 days a week). The flat is very much a home and so we're looking for a short term tenant, preferably female, who is very clean and sociable. Would be better if a professional as James often practices drums/works from home in the flat during the day (before 6pm). Rent is £417 + £40 council tax and no bills need to be paid. I am away as I'm writing this so haven't got any photos of the room at the moment, but can arrange photos or a viewing if needed.

Sydenham is a lovely area and there are great links to East London (Dalston, Shoreditch, etc) and also a fast train to Victoria/Brixton from Penge East station which is right next to the flat. It is a decent sized room with a single bed, and would be from the 1st April until the 31st May. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
