One double room available in a quiet, clean, friendly, creative house-share that has just been refurbished to a very high standard.

We are Simon (English, 36, male, geology student), Zuzana (Slovakian, 32, female, events manager) & Chin (Thai, 36, male, post-doctoral researcher). We are looking for a friendly, intelligent person to replace a housemate who is leaving.

We also have a super-friendly black cat called Bagheera (AKA 'Baggi'), so it's important that you are cool with cats!

ACCOMMODATION

One primary bathroom, plus additional downstairs toilet. Large open-plan dining space / fully equipped kitchen with washing machine.

WiFi network with ultra-fast Virgin fibre optic broadband.

Free off-road parking.

Great patio/garden space that's ideal for barbecues or just enjoying the sunshine.

We also have a big vegetable patch, just down the street from our house on council allotments - you are very welcome to use this to grow your own vegetables, if you like.

The room is a large double with huge amounts of storage space. It is furnished with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, plus it also has a built-in large cupboard.
£549 rent + £50 bills (£599 inclusive of all bills)

The room is available for single occupancy, but of course you are welcome to have guests to stay.
A damage deposit of one month's rent will be held by an independent third party.

* London Overground (Orange line) to East London and Crystal Palace, or change at Surrey Quays for easy access to South West London.
* National Rail is only 17mins to London Bridge and connects to Victoria too.

Located in a very quiet residential block, immediately adjacent to a gorgeous park that's great for walking or jogging and has free-to-use tennis & basketball courts. We are a short walk from Crystal Palace Park with its National Sports Centre (operated by Better), 12 mins walk from LA Fitness in Sydenham, 17 mins walk from Forest Hill Pools (operated by Fusion), 7 mins walk from Dulwich Woods.
