The housemates are Ramona and Tasha, professionals in their 30's and 40’s, and a small, friendly dog who is super chilled and well-behaved. We will consider small pets (hamster, fish, etc).

The available room is a large double with a Super king ottoman bed, full length built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, a dressing table/desk and chair. (It's larger than it looks on the pic so you'll have to come see for yourself!) It's at £750 pcm for single occupancy or £800 pcm for a couple. Deposit is 1 month's rent, and rent includes all bills including high speed wifi broadband. There is a weekly cleaner for the house.

There are 2 bathrooms with separate WC, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, office area with storage, beautiful conservatory with dining area and lovely garden with a shed. You are welcome to share use of pans and cutlery, etc. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The house is maintained to a high standard and the landlord is quick to respond.

There is unrestricted parking by the driveway, a shed to keep your bike, and excellent transport links: Sydenham station is 8mins' walk away (15mins direct Overground to Canada Water, 18mins direct rail to London Bridge, 20mins' direct to Clapham Junction) and Sydenham Hill station is a 15min walk or bus ride away (15mins direct rail to Victoria).

Sainsbury's, Tesco's and shops are just 5mins down the road. Crystal Palace park is 5mins' walk and Wells Park is just 2mins' walk. There is a massive sports centre in Crystal Palace park with gym, 50m pool, classes and courts and lots of gyms near the station.

We are looking for a friendly and respectful housemate who would contribute to making the house a home. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and everything functioning well. As young professionals with full-time commitments, the house is a cozy place to come home to relax and week nights are quiet. The common interests in the house include reading and bingeing on Netflix. The housemates are happy to socialize and equally happy to respect each other's own space.
