2 Best Friends looking for a 3rd partner in crime

Myself ( Amy) and my best friend Aine are looking for a third room mate in our beautiful maisonette flat. Situated in the idyllic Forest Hill filled with great bars and cute little shops, a stones throw away from the stunning Dulwich park. And a short bus ride to Peckham. It has great transport links with direct trains to London Bridge and East London, Its only 5 minute walk to the station.

The room is a great size, its unfurnished, however myself and Aine have already furnished most of the house already...Not going to lie lots of fairy lights and pink...
We have a newly fitted kitchen and a great sized lounge, with a balcony. We like to keep the house nice and tidy...Not crazy OCD tidy, but clean and well looked after.

About Us - We are both very social, active people. We do LOVE a good bottle of wine and gossiping whilst watching crap tv. Alternatively a good bar with a great atmosphere. We are looking for someone that wants to socialize with us but also has their own independence. We are both rather creative people, I work in Advertising whilst Aine works within a Design agency :)

Our friend has moved out to live with her boyfriend, so the rent has been paid for the whole of December!! (Bonus) :)

However the deposit is £667. Rent is £400. Bills are not included however its less that 100 a month.
