Large double room available for two weeks in May

The bedroom

We are renting out our double room for two weeks in May (4th - 18th).

The room is large and bright - it has exposed wooden floorboards, plenty of storage space & overlooks the garden and park.

The house offers a large kitchen, a new bathroom and a separate living room overlooking the garden... which backs onto Mayow Park (!) The park is great - it has tennis courts and all sort of exercising machines - as well as a really cute corner café.

The location is very convenient: it's literally a 3 minute walk from Sydenham station (Overground line to Victoria, London Bridge, Clapham Junction, Highbury & Islington), 10 minutes from Forest Hill and 5 minutes from Sydenham high street (with lots of shops, cafes/restaurants/take-aways/p ubs etc)

You'll be sharing with two women - Portuguese and Kiwi - who generally lead pretty independent lives, though they're super nice and enjoy the occasional dinner & chat together.

The room is available for two weeks in May (4-18th) and we're looking for someone who is reliable, tidy and trustworthy. The bills are included in the price. If you're interested to view it, please get in touch :-)
