Great double room in Upper Sydenham with Ensuite!

I'll sadly be leaving a double room in this spacious flat which is one of 8, in a converted Victorian Manor.

The room is a double bedroom, furnished with an extra large chest of drawers, double bed, chair and a lamp.

The kitchen has everything you need in terms of your own fridge / freezer, a shared cooker and microwave. The lounge is spacious - has a decent sized T. V, a large dining table as well as two sofas. There is also a wash room with a great washing machine and dryer closet.

If you like being outdoors there is a big garden which is really well kept and a great place to chill out, enjoy the weather or even have a barbecue (when it's finally warmer).

The flat is also super close to transport links, there are bus stops within a 2 minute walk and it's about 8mins walk to Sydenham station which runs the Overgound which can have you in Shoreditch in 30mins or the Southern rail service - which can have you in London Bridge in 20mins.

You'd be sharing with Mike the live in landlord who works in Sales. Mike is very easy going, relaxed and tidy but not overly neat. He's a big foodie and likes sports. He works and travels regularly which means you'll have the place to yourself for most days in the week and he's super helpful if you ever have any questions or need help with anything.

I'll be moving out on May 4th so the room won't be available until May 7th.
