We are looking for a short-term house mate to take advantage of this spacious house from 15 June to 27 July.

It's a beautiful, listed art deco/modernist house situated near Sydenham Hill station (Just a 5 minute walk) - it's a great location with Sydenham station (20 min walk/10 min bus ride), Dulwich (15 min walk), Forest Hill (20 min walk) and Crystal Palace (25 min walk) all just a short walk away.

It's a double room on it's own level of the house with plenty of storage and shared a bathroom with just one other person. It also comes with its own private roof terrace! There's plenty of room: a massive living room and kitchen, dining room, a spare bedroom, a utility room, garage, a beautiful landscaped garden and two roof terraces.

The price is £750 pcm. This doesn't include bills. These come to £95 per month and covers everything (inc. broadband and cable TV).

There are currently 5 of us (4 males, 1 female), all professionals and decent, sociable people. We all get on well and value our own space and there's a lot of space so it never feels like there's lots of people around. Must be gay friendly and like pets! We're looking for someone who is clean and tidy - this is an absolute must.
