Great double room, Sydenham

We are two friendly professionals living and working in South East London. Our housemate has started her Masters and we need someone to take her double room. We are relatively flexible on a move in date. Rent is 560 which excludes bills

We are both teachers so leave early in the morning and often don't get home until gone 6pm which means weeknights are usually pretty quiet but we do like chilling in front of the TV with a glass of wine watching trashy TV!

We'd like to live with someone who would be happy to socialise with us but also has their own things going on. We like to go to local pubs in the area for a couple of drinks and also enjoy the odd night out!

The house is a 7 minute walk from Sydenham station with regular trains to London Bridge and the Overground to Canada Water which connects to the Jubilee Line. It is a 15 minute walk to Penge East with trains to London Victoria. A 24 hour bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house.

Sydenham high street has lots of convenient stores, cafes, pubs, restaurants and a Pure Gym. Crystal Palace park is a 10 minute walk which takes you straight into the heart of Crystal Palace with even more choice of restaurants, bars, cafes etc.
