- Kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric hob (sorry, no gas) and fan oven, but no microwave, washing machine
- Feel free to use pots and pans to cook with and plates to eat on
- Space under the stairs to store shoes
- Small attic if you need to store anything out of sight
- Off-street car parking space in front driveway
- Space to store a bicycle in the flat
- Communal garden (hardly used as it's east-facing so only gets the morning / early afternoon sun)

- No TV -- I've got a 24" computer screen which I use to stream films or TV shows every now and then

About me:
I live here in the other bedroom, and also own the flat. I'm a digital design consultant working for various clients on a contract basis. Get up around 06:00 to 07:00 during the week. Spend 10 minutes in the shower getting ready. I cook most evenings and chill out in the living or dining space doing stuff on my computer, reading, listening to music or the radio, rather than always being locked away in my room. Don't have a TV, but will watch a film or stream TV shows like Game of Thrones. Weekends vary from going for a run, gym, brunch, going out, staying in, or away on holiday. I like my flat to feel homely and a place where I can relax and get away from the stresses of work and other things.

What I'm looking for:
Looking for a laid-back professional at a similar life stage who is independent, but likes to chat (how's your day, weekend plans, cool stuff you're up to), cook a meal together every now and then, or go down the pub for a pint. Someone who likes to keep things clean, and tidy up after themselves. Having friends over once in a while is fine, but this isn't a party flat. Having partners over is fine, but I don't want to be living with a couple.
