I have a good size double bedroom available from 24 April 2017 in my lovely and spacious 2 bedroom apartment

The double bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe with a full length mirror. Can be offered furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference

The apartment is located near lower Sydenham station. It includes a big open plan living room and kitchen, bathroom/toilet, 2 good size bedrooms and some storage cupboards

All bills (council tax, electricity, gas, TV licence, Sky TV original package and Wifi) included`

I know the colour scheme may not be to everyone's taste (it was previously a nursery lol), I am more than happy if the new flatmate wants to repaint the walls to something more suitable to their taste

I am a professional who works full-time in a demanding job, so I do value my spare time at home or out and about. This is a home and not a party house. I do try and keep it clean and tidy and looking for someone who will do the same
