Hi I am renting a double room in my three bedroom semi detached house with garden in Central Thamesmead, London. The double room is furnished with a bed, study table, wardrobe and chest drawers. This is in the Borough of Greenwich and is ideal for students going to Greenwich university or those working in Canary Wharf or even the city due to easy access and commute to central London using DLR/rail or tube.

The rent is £300 a month including all the bills.

The property is 2 minutes walk from the bus stop which would take you to plumstead within 10 minutes. Woolwich Arsenal (13 minutes by bus) is the nearest tube station (DOCKLANDS LIGHT RAILWAY AND BRITISH RAIL) British rail will take you to central london in minutes and Docklands has lots of tube connections.

It is also just 10 minutes walk from a retail park (town centre) where you could do your shopping. Most of all there is large park and a lake 3 minutes walk away!

The neighbourhood is very pleasant, safe and friendly.

The house is spacious, clean and fully furnished. There is a large set of comfy sofa and a huge 50 inch tv. Kitchen is fully equipped with washer/drier. Of course, there is a wireless internet in the house.

I am the owner occupying a bedroom in the house. I work as a registered nurse therefore my schedule is variable according to hospital rota. I am an easy going, friendly, trustworthy and fun person. I am conscientious, considerate, respect people's privacy and clean in my living environment.

The other occupant is a male student from Romania who is friendly, chatty, easy going, honest and respectful too.

My garage has recently been coverted into semi studio flat and two filipina female nurses are staying there. They have their own living room and small kitchen area. They are also friendly, respectful and relaxed people. This semi studio flat has it's own entrance via the garden which is separate from the main house.

The house has a peaceful supportive and positive atmosphere. Occasionally, we even share our cooked food like close friends and family. If you want a positive, private, respectful and also fun living environment check us out.
