I also have an ensuite room to rent within the property if this is what you prefer. The ensuite could have it's own cooking facilities if required. Each room is fully furnished. The larger rooms have their own couches. The house has a large kitchen with a dining/entertaining area, an attic, a garage, a conservatory, a garden with seating area. There are 1 WC/toilet and 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet. Of these bathrooms there is 1 bathtub with shower facility. As there are bathrooms on every floor there is an opportunity to have your own spare bathroom at no extra charge to the room rate.
