Hello !

We need a new housemate (a girl) from 17th August.. Living in the South-west of London, zone 3, at 8 minutes walking from TOOTING BROADWAY Tube station, a nice area, very alive with pubs and large shops. Also there are buses running 24 hours to/from central London.


The rent is £75 pounds per week per person, I pay all the bills so, not any hidden expenses. The required deposit is £150 Pounds. The minimum term to stay in the house is one month. The day you decide to leave, you need to let me know at least with two weeks in advance.

The bedroom is for two people, so you would share this bedroom with a housemate, a girl that lives already in the house. It consists in two beds, two wardrobes, two desks, and flooring in good condition.

This is a big house, three double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, kitchen full fitted (three fridges, big freezer, washing machine, cloth dryer, microwave, two ovens, two cookers), Living room, garden, two bathrooms each with toilet, and two separate toilets rooms.


We have high speed fibre optical broadband Internet supplied by the best provider on the market.


The housemates are a mix group of other 7 housemates aged 20-30 from Hungary, Italy, Romania and Spain that like to socialise in the living room, to get along with the housemates having a nine out of ten positive experience.
 
The suitable new housemate will be a friendly girl aged 18-35, not racist in any kind, who likes the idea of sharing in a large houseshare.


Please, do not show your interest in moving in the house if you consume marijuana or derivatives, or any kind of considered illegal drug in this country. Please respect my decision.
