I will make sure the room is completely empty whilst I am away so you can enjoy the massive space to yourself.

It comes with a massive wardrobe, 3 chest of drawers and a big double bed of course. Lots of storage space, wardrobes, shelves, etc.

- YOU- Looking for a chilled out, clean friendly housemate who likes to have fun and relax too.

- Current flatmates-1 male and 1 female (exclude me as I will be gone). We all work full time mon-fri and generally hang out at home, exercise in the evenings and head out at the weekend.

- The rent is £800 for a total of 7 weeks and 3days, includes all bills- gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband. so if you work it out it comes to £110 per week- THAT IS A BARGAIN with all bills included.

-Also £200 advance will be needed with the £800 rent, which is a deposit and is refundable on the 30th June 2015.
