It is a very SHORT TERM, ideal for who is looking for job or to move to another flat and cannot afford the costs to go to an hotel or share a room in a hostel with 4/5 people more.

The bedroom is available from today for 1, 2 or 3 days till Saturday 5th of September.

In the flat thera only two people living, me (Italian) and my flatmate (English)

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, has a huge built-in wardrobe and a big old Victorian fireplace.

The living room is quite large suitable for entertaining and catches the morning sun and is a great place to enjoy your breakfast. It has lots of seating and a 40 inch TV.

The kitchen has a gas hob/electric fan oven, a fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The flat is a leisurely 5 minute walk from Balham tube/rail station, so close to all the shops, pubs, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms etc.

Rent is only 30£ per 1night per one person, 40£ per couples. If you rent it for the 3 nights the price per night will be lower.

FIRST COMES FIRST SERVED!

I can also provide BED LINEN (bedsheet, pillow, duvet), TOWELS, etc..... In this case Rent is 5£ more per night.
