We need a new housemate (a girl in order to keep the balance boys/girls) from 3rd April.

Living in the South-west of London, zone 3, at 8 minutes walking from TOOTING BROADWAY Tube station, which is a nice area providing pubs and many large shops. Also there are buses running 24 hours to/from central London.

The rent is £66 pounds per week per person. The bedroom is for two people, so you would share this bedroom with a housemate, a girl that lives already in the house. It consists in two single beds, two wardrobes, double glazed window, heating radiator and wood laminated floor.

This rent includes all the bills, so not more hidden expenses. The Deposit required is £132 Pounds and the minimum time to stay in the house is one month. The day you decide to leave, you need to let me know at least with two weeks in advance.

It’s a big house, four double bedrooms and one single bedroom, kitchen full fitted (three fridges, big freezer, washing machine, cloth dryer, microwave, oven, two cookers), Living room with tv, dvd player, garden, two bathrooms each with toilet, and two separate toilets rooms.

We have high speed fibre optical broadband Internet supplied by the best provider on the market. Also home phone line available.

The housemates are a mix group of other 8 housemates aged 22-30 from Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania and Spain that like to socialize in the living room, to get along with the housemates having a nine out of ten positive experience.

The suitable new housemate will be a friendly girl aged 18-30, not racist in any kind, who likes the idea of sharing in a large home.

Please, do not show your interest in moving in the house if you consume marijuana or derivatives, or any kind of considered illegal drug in this country. Please respect my decision.
