We are looking for an easy going, sensible person.
I'm looking for someone who will lock up properly, clean up after themselves, and be considerate.

The room is just for one person. 3.60mx2.56m.
Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side cabinet, I can put a small desk in if you would like one.
All bills included!! Nothing else to pay.
No housing benefit claimants please. Sorry!

We enjoy walks, going to the park with our toddler, going to exhibitions, seeing family and friends.

The house is close to Tottenham Retail Park and shopping area, Bruce Grove Train Station and local shops on Tottenham High Road.

No smoking or shoes in the house.
We are friendly people with a toddler, who enjoy life, we welcome people from different background, cultures, lifestyles, religions etc..
