A Single room in a bright warm 3 bedroom house, located in a quiet residential area in Zone 3. You would be sharing the house with two other outgoing friendly professionals.

Rent includes gas, electric, council tax, TV License, Wifi, central heating, and water rates. (nothing else to pay)
Separate fully equipped kitchen with freezer, microwave, washing machine, and fridge etc. There is a separate lounge, dining room, and shower/laundry room. There are wood floors and free parking and a garden perfect for BBQ. Smoking is only allowed in the garden.

Rooms includes double bed, wardrobe, shelves, and Chest of drawers etc. Sky TV and internet broadband connection are available. Also some gardening services will provided.

No couples, a female is preferred. Minimum 6 months stay.
Students and professionals welcome.
The house is 7 minutes walk from Tottenham Hale underground station(Zone 3)and near to Bruce Grove and Seven Sisters Stations on the Victoria.

It's close to shops - (Argos, B&Q, Curry's, KFC, Lidl, Tesco, Next etc), restaurants and pubs, and buses going to central London. Also it is minutes from Down Lane Park.

We have two cats. They are clean and shy so you may not see them and you certainly won't smell them. They are not allowed in the rooms we rent out.

Rent is Single £500. 00 per month inclusive of bills.
