The double bedroom is for ONE person and is ready for tenancy from 15th April 2015.

The room is bright and fresh. It is a big room with a built-in wardrobe, shelves and a little storage. The flat has wi-fi, and you will have access to gas cooker, fridge and washing machine.

The flat is shared with me. We share a bathroom (shower, bath and toilet) and a large kitchen-diner.

PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS NO LOUNGE AREA.

I'm looking for a female or male who is a working professional.

The flat is on a quiet street, 10 minutes on the bus from tube stations: Seven Sisters, Wood Green and Tottenham Hale.

By tube it is 10 mins from Kings X and 20 mins to Oxford Circus.

By train it's 25 mins to Liverpool Street station.

There is a beautiful park 2 mins walk away.
