Its a nice Victorian house on a quiet street, has gas central heating, a comfy living room and a garden.
Transport links are very good - tube is Seven Sisters (10 min walk) which is on the Victoria Line and just 20 mins to Oxford Circus - or the overland goes to Liverpool Street station from Bruce Grove station (10 mins walk).
The other flatmates are all 20 - 30 something professionals. One gay male and two females. Long term rental is preferred, but short term could be OK too.
