A modern split level two bed conversion flat in a private estate. Benefits from having an open plan living room kitchen with French doors leading on to a spacious roof terrace/balcony, with own private entrance. The flat is very spacious throughout with modern interior it’s functional for today’s modern living. I’d like to make it clear that this is a flat share, not just a room.
The Double room is large in size and comes complete with TV and DVD, double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of draws with two bedside tables, under bed storage, access to wireless broadband. The bathroom will be shared; it’s immaculate with a bath and overhead shower.
I am a professional male; I love nothing more than unwinding from a long day with a chat, tea and biscuits. I have respect for one other’s space and privacy. I am clean, tidy, quite sociable and respectful.
I am looking for a professional person (non smoker) that will have respect for the property that we share. Overnight guests are welcome, (but not every night), and please respect the room is for single occupancy. Cleaning service is provided for the whole of the property.
The rent will be £580 per month, which will include all bills. A deposit of one month’s rent will be required although I’m happy to spread the deposit cost if required. The rent includes all bills, council tax, gas, electric, water, TV licence, sky, broadband (wi-fi).
