Large double room sharing a two bedroom house

Hi!!
I'm offering a room in a beautiful 2 bedroom house in North London 30 min from the City located 3 min walk from Northumberland park rail station, 10 min walk from Tottenham Hale plus 2 night buses N 76 and 341 2 min walk from bus stop.
The house is located 5 min walk from the biggest wild green area in London Lee Valley.
Recently fully refurbish two bedroom house I'm offering to rent a bright large double room with wooden flooring and to share a large kitchen with sitting area and exterior bathroom with bath and shower, nice front and back garden with BBQ, all bill included with internet broadband , gas , electricity, water, TV licence and council tax.

I'm Spanish, I've been living in London for 5 years, I'm working for a ooffee shop and at my free time I enjoy take my dogs out for long walks, reading watch movies, cooking and time to time go out for a drink, and I'm looking for a friendly housemate, easy going and with young mind. I'd prefer someone who allow me to keep practicing my English skills and must be dog friendly. the dogs are mature and very well trained.

If you are interested please let me a bit about yourself professional working FT PT student? you houseproud ? Have you ever lived with dogs before?
