Double Room with south facing bay windows

One large sunny room is available in this friendly house for a vegetarian/vegan or similar. Currently it is best if we to do an initial video chat with a video tour of the house, before we meet.

A spacious newly renovated, fully furnished sunny double room with bay windows £525 pcm inclusive. The room has lots of storage space and is south facing.

The house has Broadband Wi-Fi, two fridges, a washing machine, washing up machine, gas central heating, double glazing, four bedrooms, three bathrooms each with a toilet, a sunny garden with a fig tree and a friendly playful cat.

We have recently completed a refurbishment and loft extension which means the room has been newly painted and carpeted in 2019.

There is a Post Office, two pharmacies and a good Turkish Supermarket by the Great Cambridge Rd bus stops as well as a chip shop and other shops and take away food options five minutes walk away.

A large L-shaped shared kitchen that gets morning sun. A back garden with a fig tree, bay tree, with a clothes line and a patio. Cyclists are welcome - there is indoor storage for bikes as well as a garden shed for bikes that are not used often.

The large living room has an upright piano, our office area, and a TV area.

A choice of 4 buses take you to either Wood Green and Turnpike Lane to the Piccadilly Line in 10 mins. It's a short bus ride to White Hart Lane rail station too.

In this household we are mainly vegetarian but we we eat fish occasionally. We are looking for people with similar eating habits to share the house with (Vegans, Pescatarians, Vegetarians welcome). Sorry no meat in the house.

We are currently two musicians and a librarian. One is a musical instrument maker and has a workshop in the garden. Radio 4 & 3, jazz and world music listeners in general. We enjoy having people live in our house. We share meals occasionally and have people over to play music very occasionally. We practice our wind and brass instruments most days for an hour or two so prefer people who are ok with music being practiced during the daytime if they work from home.
