The room has built-in wardrobe, book shelves, lots of storage, ethernet socket to access free internet, electric heater with variable controls and en-suite bathroom. The room is lockable, so you feel as if you have your own space. Its also on the 9th floor with great views!

The flat mates are one male postgrad at UCL and one male undergrad at Regents business school. Both quiet, hardworking and respectful.

It is less than a five minute walk to Tottenham Hale tube station (Victoria Line). 12 mins into central London.

Total price for per week is £169, plus bond of £250. The tenancy runs until the end of August 2015.
