Sunny double room overlooking garden available from January 2015 (date negotiable) for a single, professional person in a spacious, well-maintained, tidy 3-bedroom Victorian house in the Bruce Grove area, to share with a quiet, professional couple. The house is double-glazed throughout, warm and sunny with a garden, which you are free to use.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, large built in wardrobe and plenty of storage, own hi-definition TV/DVD player and Sky box. Use of the upstairs study/work space is also available with own desk provided (and fast broadband connection) as well as shared use of the kitchen/dining area and upstairs bathroom/shower. Free residential, on-street parking is available.

The room is £750 pcm Monday-Friday inclusive of all bills (utilities, cleaner, council tax, wi-fi, Sky and TV licence)apart from the telephone. The cleaner comes once a week and will also do ironing, if required. 1 month's deposit required upon agreement of tenancy, plus 1 month's rent in advance. Minimum tenancy is 6 months with 1 month notice period.

The restaurants and boutiques of Stoke Newington and Upper Street, Islington are short bus/tube rides away (10 minutes approximately) and Tottenham is benefiting from an ongoing regeneration programme.
