Beautiful 3 Double Bed House In North London

My partner and I are living abroad and are renting our beautiful house in Tottenham. We have done a lot of work to the property and it comes furnished, including a brand new sofa. com bluebell 3 seater that is super comfy!

We bought the house because it has a distinctly homely feel as soon as you walk in - fireplaces in every room, wooden floorboards throughout and an awesome garden that we didn't leave all of last summer!

The house has a large living room, separate dining and kitchen and a small downstairs bathroom. Upstairs has double bedrooms (each with a fireplace). The master bedroom is enormous, hence the price differential. There is also on street parking.

The house is on the next door road to Bruce Castle Park, which has a newly opened community owned pub (antwerparms. co. uk) and some great tennis courts. There is a huge Sainsbury's 5 minutes walk away and Bruce Grove station (just became London Overground) is a 7 minute walk. This line takes you directly to Liverpool St (20 minutes), Seven Sisters (1 minute and then 12 mins to Oxford Circus) and is only a couple of stops from Stoke Newington and Hackney.

The area is up and coming, with a couple of great pubs just opened, an excellent coffee shop, lovely parks and canal nearby. It is a short bike/bus ride to Greenlanes, with more bars and amazing Turkish food! Also a 3 minute walk to the stadium for Hotspurs fans!

We are ideally looking for reliable professional friends/couples who will take good care of the place and love it as much as we do.
