I have a single room available in a lovely two bedroom victorian converted flat on a quiet street between Bruce Grove (5 minute walk) and Seven Sisters (10 minutes walk).
Looking for a professional person or student, no gender preference as long as you're friendly, sociable, clean and respectful. No problem with smokers however no smoking inside the flat.
The room is available for 3 months from the 1st of April until the end of June/beginning of July but if you're looking for a shorter term less than 3 months that might also work.
There is unlimited broadband, Apple TV, a garden and most other essentials (clothes drier, washing machine, juicer/food processor, toaster, iron/ironing board etc).
The room has a single bed and there is a chest of draws available if needed.
