Hello Everyone,

We are two professionals looking for a new roomie to come and live with us, in our Amazing Newly renovated house. (pictures do not do it justice) ...Both Freya (myself) & Jayne work in the fashion industry, so we are very much into arts and craft and are very career driven. We have profound loves for bunnies and poms poms not forgetting colour. We are both laid back & easy going characters, who are very clean and tidy so we respect each others possessions & space. We aren't party animals really, but we do tend to go out on the odd occasion.

About our house:

Our house is Located in Seven Sisters, Haringey.
It is newly renovated and has been fitted with a full length sliding door which falls off the back of our kitchen, an Amazing feature we love and is amazing for summer evenings.... (Down Stairs also has room for storage, our boiler & our dish washer). Our house is Roughly 10-15 minutes walk from Seven Sisters Station (Victoria line high road) exit. Roughly taking 20/25 minutes to get into central (if that). We live in a residential area so it is very peaceful. Seven Sisters is known for its mixed cultured society so we live amongst a diversity of people including students, families and friends. Our area has various shops you can visit for house hold items or food shops. More or less everything is accessible. At the bottom of our road we have two mini marts which provide fresh fruit and vegetables. Our nearest Supermarket is Tesco located on West green Road where you should find everything you need.

About your Room:

The room we have to offer is a cozy double room which comes with clothing rails & a mattress. It can fit a double bed with a frame and a generous wardrobe. It is located towards the centre of the house, where you can see into our garden/ kitchen from the window which is double glazed. Its clean and very modern. You'll be able to put up shelving or storage if needs be and make it your own. We do ask that if you do, make sure to fill in any holes that are visible by the end of the contract.

Rent:

Security Deposit: £591.70
Rent Per calendar Month : £591.70 (15th of every month)

Bills not Included:

Council Tax: £46.00 P/M (15th of every month)
SKY WIFI: £9.60 P/M (23rd every Month)
Thames Water: £10.27 (25th every month)
House Insurance: £10.50 P/M (25th of every month)
Electricity & Energy: £45 ( Staggered every 2- 3 months)
T. V license: £4 (15th of every month)

About you:

Ideally We are looking for a tidy & honest friendly professional, (would be a joy if you're into creating stuff and are sociable too) who will need to be earning 20k+ PA... Male or Female Myself and Jayne are quite open to gender. We are looking for someone who will make our home theirs and love it as much as we both do, but will also look after and treat it with respect too.
