This modern private en-suite room is equipped with a comfortable three-quarter size bed (enough to fit two people on occasion), a large study desk & chair and plenty of shelves and drawers. Additionally, a wardrobe and under-bed storage space will definitely fit all your belongings.
The shower in the bathroom can always provide hot water at a solid water pressure. Broadband Wi-Fi is included and also an ethernet connection is available. You will have a shared lounge and fully fitted kitchen area with plenty of shelf and fridge storage space. Walls are insulated well so you won't hear anything from your neighbours.

My roommates are very lovely girls from all over the world. Currently it is an all female corridor, but both guys and girls are welcome to move in.

1. Underground (Victoria Line direct connection to major central London stops like King's Cross (11 min), Warren Street or Oxford Circus)
2. Bus station (plenty of bus routes e. g. to IKEA, 24h Tesco and night buses back from the center after the tube stops)
3. National railway station (routes to Cambridge in less than an hour, Stansted Airport in a good half an hour and connection to many other cities)

Convenient location:
A Tesco express is right around the corner (2 min) next to a gym in case you want to work out. Opposite Tottenham Hale station there is a large retail park with inexpensive shops like Lidl, ASDA living, TK Maxx and many more. As the flat is located so close to the station it is a very lively area and I never had any problems with security nor did I feel insecure.

The room is available for two months (July 1 - August 31). Hassle-free billing with water, electricity and broadband costs all covered. No references required, low deposit, all very uncomplicated. Free fortnightly cleaning for communal kitchens and living areas is included. Designated areas to safely store your bike. Washing machines and dryers on the ground floor can be used for a small fee.

The room is property of Unite Students (London North Lodge) but can be rented to someone else for the remainder of my contract. Check out their website for more information. The room is a classic en-suite room which would actually be £188 per week, so you are getting a great deal :)
