The house:

The house is modern and spacious with a large garden. The kitchen is fully furnished with all crockery, cutlery and mod-cons. This leads into a conservatory with a washing machine, a dryer and an exercise bike.

A communal dining area features a large dining table and chairs. A large living room contains a TV and three sofas, and there are three WC's, two of which contain baths and one a shower.

There is a large garage with a pool table which could also be used for cars if need be. The entire property, including parking is behind an electric gate for added security. The house is well insulated and warm.

The garden is well maintained and also contains a small summer house as well as a patio for BBQ's.

Bills are not included in this rent and are likely to come to £80 per person a month with electric, gas and fibre-optic internet.

Transport:

It is 2 minutes from Oakleigh Park station (15 minutes to Kings Cross) and 12 minutes walk from Totteridge and Whetstone tube (Northern Line) zone 4. Most buses are on the main road 10 minutes away (234, 263, 326, 34, and N20).

The rooms:

Both rooms have double beds, wardrobes and storage space and are very bright.

The housemates:

We are four guys who have lived together for a while and need to replace housemates who can no longer live here. We are student friendly: one student and one who is going back to study in September but also professional friendly with two of us currently in full time employment. We are laid back, friendly and like to participate in communal cooking and socialising.
