There is a choice for a single or double room. Both the single and the double are on a ground floor maisonette in a quiet residential area behind a shopping area and bus stops. The price for £550 is for the single room, £650 is for the double room. Sharing facilities with one person, also there is a possibility to have en suite shower/toilet to be agreed on price for the extra facility.
It will take few minutes by bus to reach Arnos Grove station (Piccadilly line)and or Totteridge & Whetstone stations (Northern line). There are lot of busses passing close by heading to different directions and there is a small shopping area just behind the flat including Tesco express.
I am not a party person but I am friendly and sociable person always up for a chat and I do respect other people privacy.
I am looking for a working person and I do not charge any fee. Just deposit and 1 month in advance for the price of the room. If you have special requirement ring me and we can discuss it.
