This is a large single room with a great setup. We are looking for a sociable young professional female and want to keep the easy going atmosphere in the house.

There is a large garden for the house with built in BBQ as well as Gunnersbury park over the road. The house is well maintained, with wooden floors throughout. Parking is free on the street outside and there is great access to the A4 and M4. South Ealing Tube is less than 10 minutes walk and Kew Bridge overground is 15 minutes.

Rent is £400/month and bills are £60/month including unlimited broadband. So as not to waste anyone's time strictly no smokers, pets, council tenants or couples. We would prefer somebody in employment rather than a student.

There is a contract but I like to be flexible so a months notice from either party is fine, deposit is 1 month. References will be required from previous landlord and employer however I am a private landlord so no fees for this. There is a £30 charge for registering the deposit with the deposit protection scheme.
