Hi,
We are about to move into a new house and have one large double bedroom going spare.

The house is lovely, as is the landlady. Archway Station is a 7 minute walk away and there are two bus stops- one outside the house and the 5 a minute walk.

The house: Firstly, there is endless storage and it comes fully furnished. The kitchen and lounge are great sizes (perfect for socialising).
One of our favourite features is the large roof terrace- it will be amazing for BBQs in the summer.

The photos we've loaded really don't do it justice (and it only let us upload five) and you really need to see the place. The current tenants are about to move out. Also, the landlady is in the process of upgrading some of the wardrobes, shampooing all carpets and giving parts a new lick of paint.

US: All female, 25, 26 and 27, one specialist nurse, one PA and one journalist. We like to keep our homes tidy, but we aren't neat freaks. We enjoy nights in and out, but aren't massive party animals. Nights in often involve wine, trashy tv, chatting and cooking some decent grub.

YOU: We are after professionals in full time employment who can provide references (requirement of landlady).
We are friendly and looking for like-minded people who are also easy going. We know it's a cliché, but we really want to find flatmates who will become friends that we can have a laugh with.

We plan to do viewings on on Thursday (16th)during the evening but can do daytime if needed.
