Bright room in Archway house

Hello! My name is Corina, and I live in a really nice flat in Archway (top part of a house) with 3 other people at the moment. I have recently got a job offer to work in New York for the following year and am hoping to move there towards the end of September / beginning of October. Sadly, this also means I will be moving out of the house I have lived in for the past 2 years and am looking for someone to take my room and replace me on the housing contract we have just signed, valid until 22nd August 2015.

The room is a very large double, the biggest room in the flat. I used to have two desks, a small bookcase, chest of drawers, double bed, wardrobe and still have space to store my bike. The bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers is the only furniture that comes with the room. There are also two large storage cupboards at the back of the room (large enough to sit in). We have a really good deal on rent with our landlord (who is very reasonable if you have any issues, otherwise you will never see him), so that comes in at £120 per week. On top of this, bills + council tax work out at around £60 a month (for each of us), half bills, half council tax. I pay a total of £581. 44 per month for everything. Location wise, it is literally a 1/2min walk to Archway tube station, so easy transport links to central London! It is also on a quiet residential road, away from the main road. We have the first and second floor of an end of terrace house.

Please note there is no living room and the kitchen is a decent size but not massive, so does not currently have a dining table. We are using what used to be the living room as an additional bedroom, otherwise we would not be able to afford it!

We are all in our early 20's, pursuing our career ambitions! David is a French teaching assistant at a local school – his dream is to travel everywhere around the world, Veronica has recently moved over from Spain to chase her dreams of a career in TV & Media and Marrina is a post-grad student training (very hard!) as a nurse. We are looking for similar-aged professionals or post-grad students, who will look after the house and share a few stories with us at the end of a long day.

I am under a lot of time pressure to find someone quickly and sort out the housing contract, hopefully within the next 2-3 weeks. Ideally would like someone to move in on the 23rd of Sept (corresponds with the housing contract dates), although there is some room for negotiation a few days either side.
