Double room, North London, Zone 2!

The Kitchen

The house:
Nice big lounge with dining table, sofa, chairs, TV. Roomy kitchen with gas hob and breakfast table. So much storage room with cupboard space everywhere.
Bathroom (only shared by 3 as one person has an en suite) with separate toilet, ideal if someone is in the shower.
30mb broadband and tv licence.

The room:
Double bed with wardrobe, bookshelf, huge fitted cupboard and a bedside table. TV also included in the room!

The people:
3 professionals that are all happy to keep to themselves.
All have varied schedules so sometimes we are all in, other times the house can be all yours, plus no waiting for the shower or kitchen.

The Area:
On the Northern Line between Tufnell Park and Archway tube station (about 7 minute walk to either). Great pubs and bars within 5 minutes. Within 10 minutes you can reach a Sainsbury's Local, Iceland, Co-Op and loads of great restaurants. Kentish Town is a 15 minute walk if you need National Rail and Camden Town is a 30 minute walk (or 10 minute bus/tube) if you want a large Sainsbury's, clubs, pubs and loads of shops.
Really nice, safe area. I have walked back at all hours and not had any problems at all.
