Double room available for summer - Upper Holloway

I am looking to rent this room out from now until 18th August.

The room is in Upper Holloway (search N19 3NB on google maps) near to Archway tube station(Zone 2 - 20/30mins to central London) and Crouch End high street which is a very pleasant neighbourhood from my experience. Close by there is Finsbury Park and Holloway road which are very nice places. We live above a small row of shops that have everything you would need on a day to day basis like food and beer.

The flat has a good sized living room and kitchen that would be shared with 3 other housemates (2 professionals and 1 masters student) who are all very cool and clean/tidy. We have a bath/shower and two toilets (all very standard), and a washing machine for clothes. We have WiFi.

The room itself is a small double room furnished with a small chest of drawers, an open cabinet (i'm using this as a bookshelf) and a double bed. in the hallway you have your own large wardrobe for clothes and plenty of storage space

I'm currently renting this room at £130 per week excluding bills, but it is available to you for £120

Bills usually add up to about £15/25 per person each month roughly speaking. I'll throw the WiFi in for free!
