This is a cosy, quiet room in a clean and homely house on a cul de sac near Blackhorse Lane. We have wifi, Virgin TV, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The room is available until the end of February ONLY

Blackhorse Road is very well connected; you can be in King's Cross in 20 minutes and Liverpool Street within half an hour. If you need a break from the city grit, the house is 5 minutes from Tottenham Marshes, and 10 from the Walthamstow Wetlands. Epping Forest is an easy bike ride away, or the London Overground will get you to Hampstead Heath in 20 minutes

An annual parking permit in Walthamstow is only £30 a year and there are plenty of spaces on our road. We have a secure back garden and separate storage for bikes.

We are both fairly social people, we like to be able to have a chat with the people we live with, but we don't expect to live in your pocket

We will consider short term lets (3 - 10 weeks) at £140 per week with £100 deposit. Couples are welcome but will incur an additional cost
