I have a tastefully decorated double room in my stylish quiet house in a friendly cul de sac.

The room is fully furnished and contains a small double bed with new mattress, chest of drawers , desk and two chairs and plenty of hanging space. The room is full of natural light from the large bay window.

There is a newly fitted designer Kitchen and bathroom Kitchen contains washing machine ,cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.

There is unlimited broadband

Station's Walthamstow central on the Victoria line. St james st station 15 minutes to Liverpool st and Blackhorse Rd
There are many buses into the west end and the trendy bars of Hackney and Shoreditch.
The house is walking distance from ice skating, horse riding, lea Valley nature reserve and walks on the towpaths along the river lea were there are some great pubs. Walthamstow central has a new cinema and historic Walthamstow village with its good bars and restaurants. It is also a short bus ride to the trendy bars of Shorditch and Clapton.

I am the live in landlord, there is only me in the house, so no long waits for bathroom . I am a freelance Arts Facilitator and work part time in a very popular pub so am a busy sociable person.
