I have a double room with a double bed to let in my recently refurbished house in a quiet street in Walthamstow.

It's a beautiful and unique Victorian mid-terrace which really feels like home.

It's a brilliant location. 10 minute walk to both Walthomstow Central and Black Horse Road Underground/Overground (less than 10 minutes). You can be in central London in under 15 minutes on the tube! There is also a train line direct to Liverpool street (in 15 minutes) and the station is 5 minutes walk. Also great bus links.

All bills and broadband included.

The house has new carpets and freshly painted walls. There is a large kitchen/diner area with a table and four chairs. There is a large separate large lounge. The lounge has a large and very comfy corner couch, TV and lamp. The living area is very spacious and homely.

Out the back is a good size garden which has been newly paved. Idea for summer BBQs and sunbathing. The garden is south facing so gets the sun all day. .

Current housemates are working professionals and are looking for new friends to live with. We cook together and also have nights out/in sometimes. There are four bedrooms in total

Rent is payable one month in advance, along with a deposit to secure the room.
