There is a spacious and sunny double room waiting for you in a quiet cul-de-sac. You can move in from mid July.

We are one woman and two guys looking for someone to come and live with us in our three storey house (two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with two fridges, gas hub, grill and oven, microwave, new washing machine, there is also one sitting room) and a fruit and veg garden. The deck is very sunny and has enough room for growing kitchen herbs. The garden comes with a greenhouse and a lockable shed where we can store our bikes.

Amenities:
The bus stop to the Olympic Aquatics swimming pool, cycling centre etc. is only a stone throw away.
Ice skating and horse riding centres around the corner.
Two gyms in walking distance, lots of shops and takeaways and some good pubs, petrol station with cash machine. Bus to Westfield shopping centre.

Walthamstow, tube zone 3.
Both tube lines, Victoria and Central line are in easy reach, you always get a seat on the Victoria line. Also trains (from St. James Street station) to Liverpool Street station and the Overground (Queens Road station).

Central London bus 48 to London Bridge, 55 to Oxford Circus, 56 to St. Paul's. Bus to Hackney/ Angel/ Shoreditch/ Stratford.
