Double room for let 5 min walk to Victoria Line

As a new 'mature' student, I am now looking for someone to let the second bedroom. The room is a small double and the flat has a living room and a garden. Blackhorse Road tube station is only a 3-5 minute walk away, and then Central London is a short 15 min journey on the Victoria Line. I will be out most evenings during the week but I am quiet when I am in anyway. I am also easy going and like to socialise. Main thing I ask for is someone who is considerate, doesn't make a lot of noise and will keep the flat clean. Please also only contact me if you are in full time work or education.
Deposit would be 1 months rent plus it's payment of rent a month in advance. I would also ask for a 3rd towards the gas and electricity bill.
